Şirketimiz esas sözleşmesinin ‘‘Sermaye'' başlıklı 6'ncı maddesinin tadili kapsamında, kayıtlı sermaye tavanı artırımı ve süresinin uzatımına ilişkin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 21.05.2026 tarihli ve E-29833736-110.04.04-91750 sayılı, T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın ise 03.06.2026 tarihli ve E-67300147-431.02-00122725469 sayılı yazısı ile onaylanan esas sözleşme tadil metni tasarısı, 13.10.2026 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen Şirketimiz olağanüstü genel kurul toplantısında kabul edilmiş olup, 19.10.2026 tarihinde (bugün) Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil ve ilan edilmiştir. Kamuoyunun bilgilerine sunarız. Bu ifade bilgilendirme amacıyla İngilizceye çevrilmiştir. İşbu açıklama metninin Türkçe ve İngilizce versiyonları arasında herhangi bir farklılık olması halinde, Türkçe versiyon esas alınacaktır.
