About KAP and KAP Bildirim
What is KAP?
KAP is Türkiye's Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu). Companies listed on Borsa Istanbul publish their material event disclosures, financial reports and other filings there. The official record is always the filing on kap.org.tr.
What are KAP news and KAP disclosures?
A KAP disclosure is any announcement a company publishes on KAP (a dividend decision, a new business relationship, a share buyback, a financial report). KAP Bildirim organizes these filings by category so they are easy to follow.
Is KAP Bildirim an official KAP service?
No. KAP Bildirim is an independent information service and is not an official service of the Public Disclosure Platform or the Central Securities Depository. Each page links to the official KAP source, and the KAP record prevails in any conflict.
Do I need an account to use KAP Bildirim?
No. Browsing disclosures, company pages and category pages needs no account. An account is only needed if you want e-mail or in-app notifications.

Where can I follow the latest KAP news?
The home page lists the latest KAP disclosures by category, and the full list is on the KAP Disclosures page. Times are KAP publication times (Türkiye time).
How do I find KAP disclosures by ticker (THYAO, ASELS, GARAN)?
Every Borsa Istanbul company has a page at /sirket/<ticker> (for example /sirket/thyao) listing its past and latest KAP disclosures. You can also search by company name, ticker or disclosure title.
How do I see a company's latest KAP news?
Open the company page: the newest disclosures appear first with their publication time, along with a breakdown of how many filings the company has in each category.
Can I filter disclosures by date, category or content assessment?
Yes. The search page and the Advanced Disclosures page support filtering by date range, category and content assessment.
What do the times on the disclosures mean?
The time shown is when the filing was published on KAP (Türkiye time, Europe/Istanbul), not when our site retrieved it.
KAP disclosure categories
Which KAP disclosure categories are tracked?
KAP Bildirim classifies Borsa Istanbul filings into 22 categories, including dividends, bonus and rights issues, share buybacks, new business relationships, financial results, circuit breakers, and subsidiaries and affiliates.
Where are dividend announcements?
Dividend distribution decisions, dates and related announcements are collected in the Dividends category.
How do I follow bonus share (bedelsiz) announcements?
Bonus issue decisions and the related regulator application and approval announcements are in the Bonus Issue category.
Where are rights issue (bedelli) announcements?
Rights issue and pre-emptive right announcements are in the Rights Issue category.
Where are share buyback announcements?
Buyback program decisions and buyback transactions are listed in the Share Buybacks category.
Where are new business relationship (contract, order, tender) announcements?
New contract, order and tender announcements are in the New Business Relationships category.
Where are financial statement and earnings announcements?
Periodic financial reports and results are collected in the Financial Results category.
What are circuit breaker announcements?
Announcements about a share being temporarily halted or a circuit breaker being applied due to price movement are in the Circuit Breaker category.
What is a material event disclosure (özel durum açıklaması)?
It is a filing in which a company publicly announces developments that may influence investment decisions, such as contracts, capital changes or management changes. KAP Bildirim places each into the matching category.
AI assessment and market reaction
What is the 'content assessment' (positive / negative / neutral)?
Some disclosures show an assessment produced by an AI model. It is not the company's statement, is labelled separately from the official source, may contain errors, and is not investment advice.
How is the market reaction after a disclosure measured?
For some disclosures, the price change in the 5, 15, 30 and 60 minutes after publication is measured and shown. These are observed price moves; they do not prove the filing caused the move and promise no future return.
Why is the market reaction empty for after-hours disclosures?
For disclosures published outside trading hours, or where price data is missing, no value is invented; the field is left empty and marked as missing.
Does KAP Bildirim give investment advice?
No. Nothing on the site is investment advice, a buy/sell recommendation or a promise of returns. Base your decisions on the official KAP record and your own assessment.
Alerts and account
How do I get notified about new KAP disclosures?
Sign up and pick the tickers and categories you care about; you then get in-app and e-mail notifications only for those.
Are notifications on by default?
No. Nothing is enabled by default and you can turn alerts off at any time. E-mail alerts require a verified e-mail address.
How is my personal data handled?
Personal data is processed as described in the KVKK notice and the Privacy page. Analytics measurement runs only if you consent in the cookie preferences.
Appearance and usage
Can I choose a light or dark theme?
Yes. Use the theme switch at the top right to pick System, Light or Dark. System follows your device preference, and your choice is stored only in this browser.
Does the site work on desktop and mobile?
Yes. The interface is responsive, from phones up to 1920×1080 and larger desktop screens.
What if I find incorrect information?
When an incorrect detail, category or ticker match is found, the field is corrected. The official KAP record prevails in any conflict.
