Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 18.05.2026 tarihli kararı kapsamında, Şirketimizin 30.000.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 636.584.078 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, tamamı geçmiş yıllar karlarından karşılanmak suretiyle 3.182.920.390 TL artırılarak 3.819.504.468 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ve bu kapsamda ihraç edilecek 569.742.750 TL nominal değerli (A) grubu ve 2.613.177.640 TL nominal değerli (B) grubu paylara ilişkin ihraç belgesinin onaylanması ve bu doğrultuda Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin 6 ncı maddesinin tadil edilmesi talepleriyle Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na (SPK) 22.05.2026 tarihinde başvuruda bulunulmuş olup, söz konusu başvurumuz Kurul'un 13.08.2026 tarihli ve 49/1469 sayılı kararı ile olumlu karşılanmıştır. Söz konusu karar, 13/08/2026 tarih ve 2026/51 sayılı SPK Bülteni ile kamuya duyurulmuş olup, SPK'nın 14.08.2026 tarih ve 96292 sayılı yazısı ile 14.08.2026 tarihinde (bugün) Şirketimize bildirilmiştir.SPK tarafından onaylanan ihraç belgesi ekte sunulmaktadır.Kamuoyuna ve yatırımcılarımıza saygıyla duyurulur.
