2017 yılından bu yana Gana'da faaliyet gösteren ve 549 MW kurulu gücüyle enerji erişimine katkı sağlayan Aksa Enerji Üretim A.Ş., Electricity Company of Ghana ile Gana Takoradi'de 825 MW kurulu gücünde kombine çevrim doğalgaz santrali kurulumu, elektrik üretimi ve üretilen elektriğin garantili satışı konusunda ABD Doları bazlı 20 yıl süreli bir enerji satış anlaşması imzalamıştır. Afrika kıtasında ve Gana'da en yüksek kurulu güce sahip santrallerden biri olması beklenen Takoradi doğal gaz santralinin faaliyete geçmesiyle Gana'daki kurulu gücümüz 1.545 MW'a ulaşacaktır. Aksa Enerji olarak, "Sürdürülebilir Yüksek Büyüme" stratejimiz doğrultusunda, mevcut faaliyet bölgelerimizde güçlü konumumuzu daha da pekiştirerek arz güvenliğine ve ekonomik büyümeye katkı sağlamaya devam ediyoruz. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.
