Alarko Holding Anonim Şirketi Yönetim Kurulu'nun 19.08.2026 tarihli toplantısında;Şirketimizin Esas Sözleşmesi ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-19.1 sayılı Kâr Payı Tebliği'nin ilgili hükümleri uyarınca, Şirketimizin 13.04.2026 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen olağan genel kurul toplantısında gündemin 10. maddesi ile kâr payı avansı dağıtılabilmesi için Yönetim Kuruluna verilen yetki kapsamında; 01.01.2026 – 30.06.2026 hesap dönemi bakımından kâr payı avansı dağıtılmamasına,karar verilmiştir.İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.Kamuoyuna duyurulur.
