Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun VII-128.1 sayılı Pay Tebliği'nin 27'nci maddesi çerçevesinde, Şirketimizin hâkim ortağı Hakan ALTINAY'ın, Şirket sermayesinin %10'una karşılık gelen 100.000.000 TL nominal değerli (C) grubu paylarının borsada işlem gören niteliğe dönüştürülmesi ve/veya borsada satışa konu edilmesi amacıyla düzenlenen pay satış bilgi formunun Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nca onaylanması talebinin olumlu karşılanmasına karar verilmiştir. Söz konusu karar, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 03.09.2026 tarih ve 2026/56 sayılı Bülteni'nde kamuya duyurulmuş olup, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 04.09.2026 tarih ve E-29833736-110.08-97505 sayılı yazısı ile bugün Şirketimize bildirilmiştir. Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan Pay Satış Bilgi Formu ekte yer almaktadır. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.
