Özet Bilgi : Kredi teminatı kapsamında ipotek tesis edilmesi Yönetim Kurulumuz tarafından, Şirketimizin finansal yapısının güçlendirilmesi ve finansman kaynaklarının etkin şekilde yönetilmesi amacıyla kullanılacak kredi kapsamında, Şirketimiz mülkiyetinde bulunan Kırklareli ili, Lüleburgaz ilçesi, Evrensekiz / Gündoğdu Mah. 256 Ada, 394 parsel'de kayıtlı bulunan taşınmazımız üzerine ipotek tesis edilmesine karar verilmiştir. Bu bağlamda işbu taşınmazımız üzerine, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. lehine 13.000.000,00 USD (On üç milyon Amerikan Doları) tutarında ipotek tesis edilmiştir. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.
