Şirketimizin 11.05.2026 tarihli "Finansal Duran Varlık Edinimi" konulu özel durum açıklamasında, edinime konu Matranç Elektrik Elektronik Yapı ve Gıda Maddeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi'nin sermayesi sehven 1.000.000 TL olarak belirtilmiştir.Edinime konu şirketin ticaret siciline kayıtlı çıkarılmış sermayesi 25.000.000 TL olup, söz konusu sermaye beheri 25,00 TL nominal değerli 1.000.000 adet paydan oluşmaktadır.Bu kapsamda, ilgili özel durum açıklamasında yer alan "Edinilen Finansal Duran Varlığın Sermayesi" ile "Edinilen Payların Nominal Tutarı" bilgileri 25.000.000 TL olarak düzeltilmiştir.Söz konusu düzeltme yalnızca maddi hatanın giderilmesine yönelik olup, işlem bedeli (144.613.537,20 TL), edinilen pay oranı (%100) ve daha önce kamuya açıklanan diğer hususlarda herhangi bir değişiklik bulunmamaktadır.Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.
