Şirketimiz Blume Metal Kimya AŞ'nin Bulut Galvano Metal Demir Çelik Sanayi Ticaret  AŞ yi devralma suretiyle birleşme hususunda ,Rekabet Kurulu'na ilgili izin başvurusu yapılmış olup Rekabet Kurulunun 16.07.2026 tarihli toplantısında; 4054 sayılı Kanun'un 7. maddesi ve bu maddeye dayanılarak çıkarılan 2010/4 sayılı  Rekabet Kurulundan İzin Alınması Gereken Birleşme ve Devralmalar Hakkında Tebliğ'in 6. maddesi uyarınca, kontrol değişikliği sonucuna yol açmaması nedeniyle kapsamda olmadığına, dolayısıyla izne tabi olmadığına 26-25/742-BD sayı ile karar verilmiştir Kamuoyunun bilgilerine sunarız.
