İlgili ortaklar, sahip oldukları Bossa paylarının grup şirketi Oğuz Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'ye borsa dışı virman yoluyla satılması konusunda Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna başvuru yapmışlardır. Bahsi geçen başvuruda, İsrafil Uçurum'un 75.000.000 adet ve Yusuf Uçurum'un 25.000.000 adet Bossa payı satışı söz konusudur. SPK onayı sonrasında gerçekleşecek pay satış işlemi sonucunda; İsrafil Uçurum'un Şirketimiz sermayesindeki payı %65,86'dan %60,09 seviyesine, Yusuf Uçurum'un payı %21,95'den %20,03 seviyesine inecek, grup şirketi Oğuz Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'nin Şirketimiz sermayesindeki payı ise %1,32'den %9,02'ye yükselecektir.
