Şirketimizin 470.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesini, iç kaynaklardan karşılanmak suretiyle toplam 800.000.000 TL artırılarak 1.270.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin sermaye artırımı işlemi tamamlanmış olup, esas sözleşmenin "Sermaye" başlıklı 6 ncı maddesine ilişkin değişiklik 28/07/2026 tarihinde İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiş ve 28/07/2026 tarihli 11631 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.
