Şirketimizin 31.07.2026 tarihinde yapılan Olağan Üstü Genel Kurul toplantısında Sn. Ahmet Yaşar Aydın, Sn. Erhan Bostan, Sn. Osman Yılmaz, Sn. Berke Biricik, Sn. Tülin Acur Tarlan, Sn. Stephan Edward Ducharme yönetim kurulu üyeleri ve Sn. Mevlüt Aydemir, Sn. Erhan Adalı ve Sn. Hamit Sedat Eratalar bağımsız yönetim kurulu üyeleri olarak seçilmiştir. Yönetim  Kurulumuzun 31.07.2026 tarihli kararı ile Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı olarak Sn. Ahmet Yaşar Aydın'ın ve Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekili olarak Sn. Erhan Bostan'ın belirlenmesine karar verilmiştir. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi eş anlı kamuya açıklanmış olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.
