JCR Avrasya Derecelendirme A.Ş.'nin Şirketimiz DAP Gayrimenkul Geliştirme A.Ş için 28.08.2026 tarihli yaptığı yıllık kredi notu gözden geçirme çalışması sonucunda, Uzun Vadeli Ulusal Kurum Kredi Rating Notunu AA (TR), Kısa Vadeli Ulusal Kurum Kredi Rating Notunu J1+ (TR) ve görünümü ise "Durağan" olarak koruyarak "Yatırım Yapılabilir" kategorisi içerisinde değerlendirmiştir.
Uzun Vadeli, Yabancı ve Yerel Para Cinsinden Uluslararası Kurum Kredi Rating Notları da BB / "Durağan" olarak korunmuştur.
