Şirketimizin esas sözleşmesinin Amaç ve Konu başlıklı 3. maddesine ilişkin tadil, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 21.08.2026 tarih, E-29833736-110.03.03-96821 sayılı ve T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı İç Ticaret Genel Müdürlüğü'nün 25.08.2026 tarih ve E-67300147-431.02-0012569227 sayılı izinleri ile uygun görülmüştür. Esas Sözleşme'nin "Amaç ve Konu" başlıklı 3'üncü maddesinin tadiline yönelik değişiklik tasarısı 30.09.2026 tarihli Genel Kurul toplantısında onaylanmış olup, ilgili gelişme 30.09.2026 tarihli açıklamamız ile kamuoyuna duyurulmuştur. Söz konusu değişiklik, 05.10.2026 tarihinde İstanbul Ticaret Sicili tarafından tescil edilmiş olup 05.10.2026 tarih ve 11680 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir. Şirketimizin güncel Esas Sözleşmesi ekte sunulmuştur. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.
