Yönetim Kurulumuzun 24.09.2026 tarih 2026/24 sayılı toplantısında, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak, Şirketimizin 2026 yılı 12 aylık ve 6 aylık finansal raporların denetlenmesi ile ilgili olarak Bahçelievler Mah. 35. Cad. N24/8 Çankaya/Ankara adresinde bulunan Maltepe Vergi Dairesi Müdürlüğü 501 077 4136 vergi nolu Karar Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'nin seçilmesi ile ilgili teklifin 2025 yılına ait olağan genel kurul toplantısında önerilmek üzere olağan genel kurul gündemine alınmasına karar verilmiştir. Bağımsız denetçi seçimi şirketimizin olağan genel kurul toplantısında yapılacaktır.
