Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesinin "Yönetim Kurulu ve Süresi"  başlıklı 10.maddesinin tadiline ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna yapılan başvurumuz, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 11.06.2026 tarih ve E-29833736-110.03.03-92470 sayılı yazısıyla onaylanmış ve ilgili onay yazısı 12.06.2026 tarihinde şirketimize tebliğ edilmişti. Bahse konu esas sözleşme değişikliği, Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın 17.06.2026 tarihli ve E-67300147-431.99-00123174631 sayılı yazısıyla onaylanmış olup, söz konusu değişiklik 06.08.2026 tarihli genel kurul toplantısında kabul edilmiştir. Esas sözleşme değişikliği, tescil ve ilan işlemlerinin tamamlanmasıyla yürürlüğe girecektir. Kamuoyunun bilgilerine sunarız. Saygılarımızla,
