İstanbul 9. Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi'nin 2026/300 Esas sayılı dosyasında Mahkemece bozma ilamına uyulmuştur, dosya bilirkişiye gönderilmiştir. Yeni duruşma günü  15/10/2026 olarak belirlenmiştir. Yargılama devam etmekte ve son açıklamamız üzerine herhangi bir yasal değişiklik bulunmamakla birlikte işbu husus bugün itibariyle kamuya duyurulmuştur. Saygılarımızla.
