Gerçekleştirilen tahsisli sermaye artırımı sonucunda, Esas Sözleşmemizin "Sermaye" başlıklı 6'ncı maddesinde yapılan değişiklik 23.09.2026 tarihinde tescil edilmiş olup, söz konusu değişiklik 23.09.2026 tarihli ve 11672 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde yayımlanmıştır.Tescil ve ilan edilen değişikliği içeren yürürlükteki Esas Sözleşmemiz ekte sunulmaktadır.Kamuoyu ve yatırımcılarımızın bilgisine sunarız.İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi eş anlı kamuya açıklanmış olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.
