Şirketimizin bugün yapılan Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında,
1. Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliğinden ve Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi Üyeliğinden 31 Temmuz 2026 tarihinde istifa eden Yeşim ÖZLALE ÖNEN in istifasının kabulüne,
2. Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin 14 üncü Maddesine uygun olarak,
Yeşim ÖZLALE ÖNEN den boşalan Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği ne 1 Ağustos 2026 tarihinden itibaren geçerli olacak şekilde T.C. uyruklu Umut ZENAR ın atanmasına ve bu değişikliğin yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul da ortaklarına onayına sunulmasına,
3. Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi Üyeliğine 1 Ağustos 2026 tarihinden itibaren geçerli olacak şekilde Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Tolga Kaan DOĞANCIOĞLU nun seçilmesine karar verilmiştir.
