Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu A.Ş.'ye iletilen yazılı talimat doğrultusunda, Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklıkları tarafından hazırlanan konsolide olmayan finansal tabloların dipnotlarında yer alan "Portföy Sınırlamalarına Uyumun Kontrolü" tablosunun analiz edilebilir veri olarak alınabilmesini teminen KAP sisteminde yeni bildirim şablonu oluşturulmuştur.Bu kapsamda, tüm Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklıkları için 2026 3 aylık finansal raporlama dönemine ilişkin bildirimlerin de söz konusu yeni şablon kullanılarak KAP'a gönderilmesi gerektiği bildirilmiştir.Şirketimizin 31.03.2026 tarihli konsolide olmayan finansal tablolarının dipnotlarında yer alan "Portföy Sınırlamalarına Uyumun Kontrolü" tablosu, ilgili düzenleme ve bildirim yükümlülüğü çerçevesinde yeni KAP şablonu kullanılarak kamuya açıklanmaktadır.
