Açıklamalar

9 Ekim 2026 tarihli Olağanüstü Genel Kurul toplantısında onaylanan, Şirketimiz esas sözleşmesinin "Şirketin Merkezi" başlıklı 4'üncü ve "Sermaye" başlıklı 6'ncı maddelerinin tadiline ilişkin değişiklikler, İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından 22 Ekim 2026  tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 22 Ekim 2026 tarih ve 11693 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir. Bu çerçevede Şirketimizin merkez adresi "Fevzipaşa Mahallesi, Gölet Yolu Caddesi N15, 34586 Değirmenköy, Silivri/İstanbul" olarak; 425.000.000 TL tutarındaki kayıtlı sermaye tavanının geçerlilik süresi ise 2026-2030 yıllarını (5 yıl) kapsayacak şekilde güncellenmiştir. Tek metin hâline getirilmiş güncel esas sözleşmemiz ekte yer almaktadır. İş bu açıklamanın İngilizce çevirisi KAP'ta eşzamanlı olarak yayımlanmakta olup, Türkçe ve İngilizce açıklamalar arasında herhangi bir farklılık bulunması halinde Türkçe açıklama esas alınacaktır. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.
