İştiraklerimizden Şeker Finansal Kiralama A.Ş.'nin 100.000.000 Türk Lirası olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden karşılanmak suretiyle 100.000.000 Türk Lirası arttırılarak 200.000.000 Türk Lirası'na çıkarılması işlemleri kapsamında; Şeker Finansal Kiralama A.Ş.'nin pay geri alım programı dahilinde piyasadan almış olduğu 3.290.001 (adet) hisseye ait yeni pay alma hakları, Geri Alınan Paylar Tebliği (II-22.1) Madde 18-2 hükmü çerçevesinde 31.07.2026 tarihinde Borsa İstanbul Rüçhan Hakkı Kupon Pazarı'nda 3,85 TL ortalama fiyattan Bankamızca satın alınmıştır.
