Şirketimiz paylarının halka arzı sonrasında, çıkarılmış sermayemizin 620.222.018 TL'den 660.388.991 TL'ye artırılması nedeniyle, 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu'nun 18. maddesinin 7. fıkrası uyarınca, Esas Sözleşmemizin "Sermaye" başlıklı 6. maddesi ekte yer alan şekilde tadil edilmiştir. Söz konusu esas sözleşme tadili, 24.08.2026 tarihinde İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiş ve 24.08.2026 tarihli ve 11650 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur. İşbu açıklamanın İngilizce çevirisi eş zamanlı olarak kamuya açıklanmış olup, açıklama metinleri arasında herhangi bir farklılık bulunması halinde Türkçe açıklama esas alınacaktır.
