Bağlı ortaklığımız Tekfen İnşaat ve Tesisat A.Ş.'nin, Fernas İnşaat Anonim Şirketi ile birlikte oluşturduğu iş ortaklığınca Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanlığı Altyapı Yatırımları Genel Müdürlüğü'nce gerçekleştirilen "Pursaklar – Esenboğa (20+500 ile 36+000) Raylı Sistem Hattı İnşaat ve Elektromekanik Sistemler Temin, Montaj ve İşletmeye Alma İşi" ihalesinde verilen KDV hariç 54.411.643.707,60 TL tutarındaki teklifin geçerli teklifler arasında en yüksek puana sahip ekonomik açıdan en avantajlı teklif olarak değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, ihale söz konusu iş ortaklığına ihale edilmiş ve İhale Komisyonunca onaylanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda, adi ortaklık tarafı şirketlere iletilen "Sözleşmeye Davet" yazısı uyarınca sözleşmenin imzası Kamu İhale Kanunu  ve ihale şartnamesinde öngörülen yasal süreler içerisinde, gerekli kesin teminat ve belgelerin tamamlanmasını müteakip gerçekleştirilecektir.
