Bewen Enerji A.Ş. ("Bewen Enerji") Şirket paylarının halka arzı ("Halka Arz") için yapılan başvuru, 23 Temmuz 2026 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) tarafından onaylanmıştır. Şirket paylarının planlanan halka arzına ilişkin  29 - 30 - 31  Temmuz 2026 olarak belirlenen talep toplama döneminde gerçekleşen piyasa koşulları nedeniyle halka arz süreci yeniden gözden geçirilmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirme sonrasında, halka arzdan beklenen faydanın elde edilemeyeceğinin öngörülmesi ve yatırımcıların halka arz sonrasında olumsuz etkilenmemesi amacıyla, halka arzın ileri bir tarihe ertelenmesine karar verilmiştir.
