Şirketimizin 04.08.2026 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen 2025 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda; Denetimden Sorumlu Komite'nin tavsiyesi ve Yönetim Kurulu'nun teklifi doğrultusunda, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu, 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat hükümleri uyarınca, Şirketimizin 31.12.2025 tarihli finansal raporlarının bağımsız denetimi ile 2026 hesap döneminde ilgili mevzuat kapsamında yürütülecek diğer denetim faaliyetlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi amacıyla, Ankara'da yerleşik C&Ç Bağımsız Denetim ve Yönetim Danışmanlığı A.Ş.'nin bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak seçilmesine ilişkin Yönetim Kurulu teklifi görüşülmüş ve yapılan oylama sonucunda kabul edilmiştir. Kamuoyunun bilgilerine sunarız. Saygılarımızla.
