Şirketimizin 04.08.2026 tarihinde yapılan 2025 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı sonucunda , şirket unvanının "US Yatırım Holding Anonim Şirketi" olarak değiştirilmesi amacıyla, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun 22.06.2026 tarihli ve E-29833736-110.03.03-93001 sayılı uygun görüşü ile T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı İç Ticaret Genel Müdürlüğü'nün 16.07.2026 tarihli ve E-50035491- 431.02-00124236042 sayılı izni doğrultusunda, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Şirketin Unvanı" başlıklı 2'nci maddesinin değişikliğine ilişkin karar İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından 14.08.2026 tarihinde tescil edilmiş olup 17.08.2026 tarihli ve 11645 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir.
